Undergraduate Exploring the field of I/O Psychology
Hello, r/IOPsychology. I'm currently an undergraduate student in my fifth year at one of the University of Tennessee branches, and I wanted some advice. After peeking at clinical, browsing forensic, and veering far away from neuro, I've found myself enthralled with I/O psychology and its many, many facets. I'm a psychology major with a minor in sociology, and my interests include job satisfaction as it relates to an information technologies environment, online social behavior (especially where it concerns toxicity and tight-knit online communities), and job safety. What advice would you give to someone like me? I have full intentions of pursuing a Master's degree and eventually a PhD if I can, but I don't know which direction to start in or where to point my nose. Thank you kindly!
