Bucher Law PLLC Arbitration against Valve/Steam

I signed up for this last year because I’m an idiot who didn’t do enough research. Now I think I just might want to get out of it, because I fear these guys (and myself) might be in over their heads.

How would I go about canceling and if I did, could they bill me for hours worked?

From their website:

Valve was sued in a class action lawsuit by developers for their anticompetitive restraints on pricing. Federal Judge John C. Coughenour ruled that those claims were credible and that Steam gamers can claim compensation for Valve's illegal monopoly, but gamers, unlike developers, must file individual arbitrations to do so. Bucher Law PLLC represents consumers in filing arbitration claims at no out of pocket cost. That means Bucher Law PLLC takes a portion of what we recover for you, and if you recover nothing, our services are free.

Steam has a new Subscriber Agreement that will automatically take effect, unless you delete your account, on November 1st which changes the agreement from arbitration to direct litigation.
