Katiwala condo visits

Is there anyone here who experienced to be visited by their katiwala while living in a condo unit? I am worried that I might be assigned to a Katiwala who lives in the same condo as me. That would be a literal nightmare! Avoiding forced visits was actually one of my primary reason why I decided to move to a condo unit since nonresidents aren't allowed to enter the building
