Experience with Morning Vyvanse + Afternoon Adderall?

I started taking Vyvanse 3 months ago and it’s my first experience with ADHD meds (tried Strattera and hated it, gave me a UTI). I originally started at 20mg, then 30mg and now I’m on 40mg.

After a month, I felt like I was crashing by the early afternoon so my dr prescribed Adderall IR to sustain me throughout the day and upped my Vyvanse to 40mg, where I’m at now. At this point, I take the 40mg Vyvanse in the morning and 5mg Adderall at 2pm and another 5mg at 4pm (in total - 40mg Vyvanse and 10mg Adderall).

I’m starting to feel like the 10mg Adderall isn’t sufficient to keep me going the rest of the day. By 5pm I’m starting to crash when I still have a few hours of my work day left.

My question for those who are also on Vyvanse + Adderall - what’s your dosage and how do you time it? I want to ask my Dr about increasing the Adderall in the afternoon but I’m really curious about your guys experiences
