Dragonborn Speaks Naturally Equivalent Mod?

Is there a mod for Oblivion that accomplishes the same thing as DSN for Skyrim? (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16514)

I have been using it to practice my spoken French so I can communicate with my in-laws better. Would love to try this with Oblivion.
