weird rgb behavior on my tuf a15 fa507nu

i bought a TUF A15 around a month ago and this issue started happening from the first day however i didnt wanna send it to customer support since i have university and i really need to use this laptop everyday.

the exact model is TUF A15 FA507NU-LP103

some keys on a specific area have weird purple/green color when theyre supposed to be fully white and when i change the to color to a darker one (for example blue) the rgb in that same area doesnt light up (corners of the U, I, J, K keys)

i dont know this is a hardware issue or software issue and any help will be appreciated
