Any Links or Resources to interact with the Altered api?

I know Altered has an API considering the 3rd party sites that use Altered data, as well as the official news posts referencing and updating the API, but I can't seem to find any documentation or communities that use the API at all.

Does anyone have any resources or know where to go to get started with it?
