Am I preginunt?

I took a plan B on the 7th July and then again on the 28th July. I had a 6 day and 5 day bleed after this. Since then I have not had a period, according to the flo app I am on day 61 of my cycle and I'm 17 days late. My periods are irregular anyways, so this doesn't alarm me.

I had unprotected sex from 17th September to 22nd September. I know I should test for pregnancy 14-21 days after unprotected sex and I'm just wondering do I test that many days from the 17th or the 22nd?
