Will the AMD 5800x bottleneck 7900xtx/Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor combo?

So I have a 5800x CPU and a 6700XTGPU currently with a pretty crappy monitor. I was gifted the Monitor listed in the title (Alienware 32 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW3225QF) for my college graduation because my dad got a good deal on it. Since I have such a good monitor now, I'm wondering if I can upgrade my GPU without also upgrading my CPU, but still maximizing the Monitors potential. Thanks!
