3 hour meeting for 5 different execs

This has been the bane of my life.

A few weeks ago my boss asked me to arrange a 3 hour F2F meeting for 5 different execs in our office. Shouldn’t be that hard right? They are all dotted around the country with intense calendars. One lady is in the office once a week max and clients get booked in. My boss is only in for a couple days each week and tends to get booked up pretty quickly. One lady can’t do early meetings. One lady has a load of annual leave booked.

It’s literally impossible at this point and I feel like I’ve let him down, it’s the one task he has given me that I haven’t completed effortlessly and I feel almost embarrassed I haven’t yet completed it. I haven’t even told him and will send from his calendar when I finally arrange it so he doesn’t realise it’s so late …
