Halloween 4K scream factory discs on UB820

Anyone here known to have issues with the Halloween scream factory 4Ks? I’ve stuck in the first two for the first time and the screen would go black for like a second then come back on again. I thought it was a HDMI issue so changed it and same thing happened. I then tried another movie (Donnie darko) and no issues at all. Also I’m on the latest firmware!

Just frustrating as was really excited to watch them on4K! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
