My Favorite Games of All Time #9 Sonic 1991!
I decided to start putting more quality in my post instead of just lazily posting tier list and maybe explain why some of these games resonate with me and why I enjoy them. This method will also take away the people who will get upset if one game is placed lower.

We are now hitting number 9 Sonic 1. Sonic 1 as a top choice people would probably assume Im a Grandpa or something but no my first time playing it was last year! It became such a great game for me.
I know that many kinda just like green hill zone but for me I liked the whole game and made me more interested in older games. My favorite zones being marble zone and labyrinth zone I also love the main boss fight and more. The game got me interested in being more challenged and enjoying boss fights a lot more.
The first sonic game has ton of adrenaline and great speed and doesn't feel mindless not all sonic games but many just feel like there's no challenge and it's just way to easy Sonic 2 has a great way of feeling fast but also creating obstacles and platforms that challenges you to make the right steps which I absolutely love.
The 3 lives and short game makes for a really fun challenge and you can play it constantly until you beat it and learn better pathways and steps to make sure you survive. I know sometimes they get hate for having no save but these games aren't that long so it's great when you have time to beat your record and do better when you can.
