Quick question

I am on the 13th day of pep. And on day 6 of pep I started a sever sore throat, and kinda lost my voice. I've had sore throats in the past that usually cleared up after a few days, this one has been getting worst and worst. It's getting difficult to work because I can't use my voice. So my main question is how common is a sever sore throat on PEP, a little bit more information about the exposure, I'm a bi and my exposure was a grinder meet up that ended up with me on the receiving end of anal with no lube or condom. After we were done I noticed some pimple like marks near the tip of his penis so I immediately went to the er and got on pep. I started pep approximately 6 house after the possible exposure. I'm just worried because I've never had anal ever before in my life and I read that other stds like herpes can increase the chance of transferring HIV.
