RBC Savings Account - Potential Fraud

I just checked my savings account this morning and noticed that there was an unusual $220 transaction at a gas station in Halifax. For background information - I live in Vancouver and don't even have my drivers license. I've never been to Halifax before and, strangely enough, the transaction was processed via tap.

I plan to visit a RBC branch today and have my current credit card cancelled. I'm curious though, has anyone been in a similar situation? If so, did you get your money back?
