Jujutsu Kaisen ending......
I think the ending makes perfect sense. Gojo's legacy and hope for the future of jujutsu world lives through Yuji (Yuji has powerful allies that can help him improve the system - something that Gojo always wanted. Gojo got his arc nicely wrapped back in 236 and I still think he got the most meaningful farewells out of all characters). I've always known Yuji will be the one to defeat Sukuna and show him a different path since Yuji's main power have always been connecting to others, something that Sukuna rejected. So I think the story's main themes are wrapped up in the right way.
My main critique is that the pacing of the last arc was rushed and a lot of other characters didn't get enough attention to emotionally connect to their journey and conclusion. I wish Kenjaku had a better ending to his arc or that we could have at least seen the consequences of his merger plan's failure. We never got to properly know or connect to some newer characters that showed up for Culling Game - there was no time to develop them. All in all, I think the problem with everything after the Shibuya arc was pacing. Gege still managed to explore major story themes, the main plot and conclusion made sense, and the characters' journeys are clear.
I still think earlier characters were written better and got their arcs explored deeper with a proper ending (Gojo, Nanami, Geto, Mahito, Jogo. Among those who survived till the end - Sukuna and Yuji, Maki, and partially Yuta). Several characters had developed arcs but a rushed and underexplored endings (like Megumi and Kenjaku), a few were a bit wasted with great potential imo (like Yuki, Tengen and partially Choso). And, as I said before, there were a lot of new characters who didn't get a chance to show more because of the fast pacing of the last arc.
Overall, I believe the entire story is incredibly captivating and has held people in its grip for years. If Gege paces himself right in the next manga, they can take their mastery to the next level.
