Hiring Freeze

I was told by the Lieutenant that in the budget meeting there is now a memo stating there will be a freeze. I asked about the Nov academy and was told the academies already scheduled will go forward but the rest will stop for now. I'm still in backgrounds almost 4 months now so hopefully they start back up soon.
