Cloudflare TOS Clarification

I understand that serving video over a cloudflare tunnel violates TOS. But a tunnel is different than proxying right? I’m not using the zero trust tunnel, but I am proxying through cloudflare to hide my IP. Does this still violate TOS or not? I’m only really serving to friends and family, and at most in the past month it’s only gone to three concurrent 4K streams. Is this going to be an issue with Cloudflare?
