Unable to sell short options after split
Hi,
I bought SMCI shorts, and the stock split roughly a week after my purchase. (now i have 170x of them). Fidelity is giving me a current worth of 0.04 per contract (im selling at a loss), but when I try to enter a sell order, fidelity dosent respect the estimated value of my contracts (~680$). It instaid presents me with a loss thats worth my original positions, (nearly 100% loss). When I try to place a limit order for 0.04$, it gives me a error saying that "i cant sell the positions if the bid price isint a multiple of 5. There also aren't any bids showing.
When/will fidelity adjust my shorts to match the new, working bid price? It says "no bids" right now
Thanks
