Flux generating slower than expected

I have recently started using my old 1080ti as a second pc for generating images with Flux while I play on the 3090 I use as my main pc.

I am getting way slower generation than I expected, two friends of mine have a 3060 (12gb vram, same as on 1080ti), and they generate an image in about 3 min. It takes me about 6-7 min to generate an image using the same comfyui workflow.

In both cases the model fits entirely in the vram.

I am suspecting that some requirement is either outdated or not working properly, like torch or something like that.

Any idea what it could be? What can i do to try to make it generate faster?
