Host change- Feeling disconnected from self

Our host changed some weeks ago, something traumatic happened to them and they are changed by that, I am a fresh host and i feel lost in this life which isn’t mine, I don’t even feel connected to it, it will take time to change it into something I like. I want the old host back actually, I don’t want this roll. Each of our hosts builds a life they like and then they are to burned out to continue. It’s draining. What do I like, how can I live without feeling so much pain. How can we finally stay with one host for more than a year. I don’t want this experience
