Can't connect remotely

Hi guys, i'm new to emby, just started today, i used to use plex & before that jellyfin, i just setup my emby completely and i'm trying to connect on my phone using 5g to know that i can remote access when i'm not home but i can't manage to make it work, when i put in the ip Emby gives me, it says "Impossible to join the server, We can't connect to the selected server, Check that it is online and try again" (translated from french) any help ?

i've forwarded my port to 8096 for emby on my router, it worked for plex, but for emby, still nothing
