Cloned SD doesn’t work

Hey, I have an R36S. When I opened it for the first time I was able to play with the stock SD. Since everyone saying to change it to a new SD card, I did change it to a SanDisk64 GB. I flashed it too many times, trying several arkOS versions, changed every .dtb files. Tried with the original .dtb file, also tried with panel(1,2,3,4) .dtb files from GitHub. Nothing works. All I get is welcome screen, then pitch black screen.

So I decided to copy the stock SD, because that’s the only version and setup whim is working with the device. I used “Win32 disk imager”. I had put the stock SD into PC, made an .img file from it, changed the SD card to new one and flashed that .img file to it. But it looks like it doesn’t work… it only shows the welcome screen and then black screen. How’s that possible? The OS works with the low budget card but it doesn’t work with a branded card? Any idea please? I’m suffering with this now for more than a week….
