SoT New Purchase on Steam Won’t Launch

So i jus spent $80 buying this game for me and my brother to play together. Soon as i go to run it after install it keeps giving an error that eac found untrusted file (.dll) its a advapi file so idw to delete it. I’ve tried everything under the sun, from reinstall, verification, eac reinstall, pc scan for corrupted file through cmd prompt, running eac setup. idk whats left to do. Did i jus wasted $80?
