Momentum and then Suddenly

From what I've described in my previous post Asteroid Approaching, it is clear that the turning point come upon everybody suddenly, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. It cannot be said what exactly becomes that defining moment, but that the defining moment comes like a thief in the night.

So the question becomes, what is Lalezari's next move? The main problem that CytoDyn's enemies have is that CytoDyn has deprived them of any CCR5 blocking weapon thanks to Tyler Blok's patents on CCR5 blockade. Sure, they can attack any indication by any means they wish, except via CCR5 blockade. Tyler Blok has ensured that nobody may pursue treatment to any of the indications using another CCR5 blockade.

Therefore, the only way BP can interfere with CytoDyn's efforts in these indications is via development of other kinds of drugs, which usually have significant side effects while leronlimab has zilch. Therefore, they may collaborate and may attempt to band together in order to block or stifle that which leronlimab does. G has lenacapavir which is a novel long-acting anti-viral against HIV that inhibits HIV from assembling its capsid. This is an allowable form by which to compete against leronlimab as this mechanism of action is not a blockade of CCR5.

But G assuredly is at the head of CytoDyn's enemies, IMHO. G might try to get other BP parties to collaborate with them, but Tyler Blok has protected CytoDyn of these attacks against leronlimab. The issuance of these Patents has enabled CytoDyn to effectively prevent the development of another CCR5 blockade by any means at all or by anybody else until the patent expires. So this effectively places CytoDyn at a substantial advantage when it comes to treatment via CCR5 blockade and puts the rest of BP at a great disadvantage unless they choose to partner or license.

Certainly, they may play by the rules and attack by other methods, like the development of drugs with various mechanisms of action other than CCR5 blockade, but at the moment, they exploit what they are specialists at, which is to short CYDY. I have to say that G's drug lenacapavir is a legitimate weapon. CytoDyn knows this and at the moment, CytoDyn is no longer focused on treating the MDR HIV patients. Maybe lenacapavir had something to do with this. Yes, CytoDyn is very much interested in the HIV-PrEP patients and shall compete effectively when LIVIMMUNE is ready.

The timing about when CytoDyn decides to get revenge is at work and is meaningful to Lalezari. It is important to CytoDyn, as the company was close to being destroyed, therefore Lalezari is ensuring that all the actions which he is procuring and mustering up, assuredly become available, executable and ready for his beck and call. He commands the deployment of his weaponry. And he deploys his game plan strategically to garner the greatest damage. I believe that this would be the overall goal, but the timing is too early for CytoDyn to deliver such a blow.

Lalezari is winning over the FDA. Soon the FDA strongly supports CytoDyn. The exact opposite of what happened in Crossroads is what takes place in days coming. The FDA becomes staunchly convicted of the benefits of CCR5 blockade and makes for smooth seas to get leronlimab over the finish line. This FDA support greatly aids CytoDyn as it lays down the gauntlet. And there is nothing BP can do about it and CytoDyn does not let up on the pressure. The pedal is pressed to the metal and doesn't relent.

Remember that Amarex was a consortium against CytoDyn. There was collusion between Amarex and most likely G. This was never addressed in the settlement. So is that why they continue to attack? Because, the arbitration never really got rid of their pact? I say IMHO that the puppet master is still alive and has the same mission to accomplish. With Who is that puppet master trying to do What now? With Who do they want to partner with? How do they plan to effect their will against CytoDyn going forward? This is what is happening IMHO.

So, really, now, we are waiting to see Dr. Lalezari's next step. What does he do next? His next step or steps can become a Pivot Point. Look, it can also become a lull, I don't know. Nobody knows. But it doesn't seem like it becomes another lull. I think Lalezari has something amazing to prove and he feels it within himself to prove this outright to the FDA and to the world. What he expressed in his talk to the NIH, reveals his deep seated regret which he wants to make up for and pay amends to. Lalezari is positioning CytoDyn to make great strides in the pursuit of these indications and ultimately do great damage to BP who have other plans. Lalezari is more than leveling the playing field. He has taken the CCR5/CCL5 axis by storm and has maintained possession of the ball all for CytoDyn thanks to Tyler Blok.

Tyler was likely promoted based on a pending partnership. Speculation at its best. So, if this is in fact true, what ever partnership Tyler worked on is pending. He got paid the bonus, so the partnership may materialize by end of this fiscal year, May, 2025. What does this do to CytoDyn's opposition? Momentum builds towards this event on the horizon, but what is the end result? How does it turn out? It this the day when the news comes in like a thief in the night? But that news blows the opposition out the water, so it has to be a partnership with Big Pharma or a large licensing agreement might do it as well.

The season is a season of war and the MOAB has not yet been deployed. The season is saying that this bomb shall be dropped. Lalezari is calling the shots. He'll say when to let it drop. The more their retaliation is felt, the sooner it comes. If they decide to relent or think twice, their annihilation is delayed, but I don't believe they shall relent. Rather, I'd say they double down on their efforts against CytoDyn. As I said previously, the asteroid is headed only for them.

The next few weeks and even couple of months shall be pivotal. It will start and bring in a new era of time. This is going to be a huge game changer. That's what Lalezari does and what becomes the reaction? Again, it is possible that a lull continues before this goes into place, I could see that happening too. Something like a time-out or cease fire, but CytoDyn seems to be on a really hard charge forward right now, so I don't think so. I can't see them stopping this momentum. This CytoDyn offensive continues until their enemies fire back and then suddenly...
