U7 Pro Max power cycling constantly

I just replaced a nano with a U7 pro max. It gets adopted and my laptop connects. But within a few minutes it has dropped all clients and/or fully restarted.

It's being powered by a PoE switch that's been running the nano for years, over the same cable.

How do I troubleshoot this?
