Budget for family of 3 in surbiton

Hi there, my husband and I are looking to rent a 2 BR in surbiton, and I'm trying to make sense of the full financial picture of this. Would anyone mind sharing their family budget? We'll have a 100-110 household income, and a 2 year old who will need childcare. I work remotely, my husband will commute to London bridge most days.
