Please help- pregnant or paranoid?

I'm 16 and on birth control. I take it at exactly 5pm every day, and have never missed/thrown up a pill. My boyfriend and I use protection but my concern is cross contamination from him masturbating and then fingering me. I make sure he washes his hands but I still worry. My only symptoms are that I'm a bit bloated and gassy, but I'm also lactose intolerant and have dairy often. I do feel nauseous in the morning but I have always gotten sick in the morning due to anxiety so that's not very new. I am driving myself crazy with this. Every time I feel my own heartbeat in my stomach I'm convinced it's something more. I can't take a pregnancy test so there's no way to know for sure.
