Hi, could you please help me identifying my type?

I'm insecure when it comes to both volition and physics. I'm highly aware of any possible outcomes when making decisons, I tend to feel insecure about my future because I'm pessimistic about it yet I idealize it. I'm really sensitive to any criticism about me in both - physics and volition, but when it comes to physics only to my appearance, any other criticisms about my routine, work environment... are unimportant to me. I'm fearful about my physical security although I feel disconnected from reality. Whenever I fail at something I feel extremely unimportant and useless. I'm open to any advice about again both my volition and physics. I often rely on others when it comes to decision-making because I'm afraid I make the wrong decision. I ask them questions if the things I do are right/if I look good/if I can do that... I often lose my belongings/forget where have I put them. I hide my insecurities due to the fear of being exposed. I worry a lot about my future and I'm aware of any any potential physical danger...
