Help sourcing LEDs

Anywhere know where to find the style of LEDs that LoveHulten uses on his arcade machines? I'm building a cabinet and would love to add similar light elements, but reverse image search isn't helpful.

Bonus points if anybody knows how to recreate this finish as well, but it seems like it might not be doable without a professional machine.
