Rainbow colored horizontal lines in crease

I've had this phone for 9 months. I recently noticed the rainbow colored lines running through the crease of the screen. The lines started to appear a few days ago, and seem to be getting more and more noticeable. I have not dropped the phone, and have been extra careful with it. Has anyone else had this issue?
