Always losing connection on Loading Screen

For the past 2 weeks, in 7/10 games every time I accept a match and get disconnected during the loading screen and a message pops up saying the connection to the opponent has been lost and the the match won't count on my record. Whats going on here and how do I fix it? Im on steam btw
