how do you deal with people who insist racism to white people is an issue just as prevelant as racism to other groups?

so, i've gotten myself into an argument with liberals over me being supposedly "racist to white people" (i jokingly said "white person statement" to them talking about not all food needing seasoning) and not only did they deny that other groups still suffer due to systemic racism, but they claim white people are dispriviliged compared to other groups.

how do you deal with these people?

(ps: i'm not sure exactly which flair to add though i suppose praxis would make some sense?)
