Problem of payment where I live

So the country I live in have problems with international payment and only way you can pay globally is with a credit card or a dollar account. Both I can't get because I am a 17 years old student. The limit of payment allowed through normal debit is at a 2 dollars less than the discount price of the course. Is there any way I could contact udemy to have a special coupon so I could pay for the course ?
