spinal hardware has been creaking for months

as title says my spinal hardware (rods) has been creaking for abt 6 months now and im honestly getting scared. i had spinal surgery in june 2021 at 14 to fix my scoliosis. idk which vertebrates were changed specifically but it's in my upper back so i still have a lot of flexibility in my back. no complications at all so far other than the creaking. it doesn't hurt and happens mostly when im stretching, but im still very worried because it hasn't gone away. any advice or idea as to what's causing it?
