Had DJS yesterday!

Hi everyone, I finally completed jaw surgery yesterday! I had a lefort 1 osteotomy on the mandible, and sagital split osteotomy on the maxillary. My recovery so far a day in is very so and so. I have good moments and then I have moments im crying out of frustration. I wasn’t able to get a good sleep last night as i was throwing up blood the entire time. Any tips would be appreciated tremendously, thank you in advance :)
