Sold my car to Olx Auto but RC yet not transferred

I sold my car to OLX autos in September 2023 but even after 14+ months the rc is still under my name.

As per their policy they require 180days to transfer the vehicle. So far, I have more than 60 follow ups but not getting any useful response. They just keep saying State NOC issued. Though I have proper receipt from olx auto but I am still concerned. could you please suggest what steps I can take now?
