Argus C3 help

Repair

I have an Argus C3 "Colormatic" variant from 1955-1956 that was recovered from a flooded house. I am well aware these are worth very little these days, but it belonged to a veteran who took it to Vietnam, and I hate to see a camera go to the landfill after it has seen so much. I'm in the process of restoring it, but the dials have corroded beyond repair, and the rangefinder dial has a few teeth missing, preventing it from interacting with the ilder gear. I cant find any information on how to remove the rangefinder dial from the front cover. Any help would be appreciated on how to separate the two if possible.
The internals are sound, all speeds working correctly, and the rangefinder mechanism is operating (though out of calibration, but that's something I'll address later). I have a problem parting out a working C3, so if any of you guys have a C3 that is irreparably damaged (broken shutter mechanism, cracked body, missing parts, etc), let me know.
