hybe boycott genuine question

ive been seeing a lot of people boycotting hybe on twitter. specifically zionist involvement in txt’s last album. while im initially in support of it and currently boycotting by not streaming etc im seeing some mixed opinions. a lot of ppl are saying its virtue signaling and wont actually be effective in getting scooter out of hybe.

my question is, is the boycott actually going to do anything? im just confused and kind of lost and now i feel bad ive been rting a bunch on stuff but now that i think about it, i dont think boycotting hybe is helping real palestinians. but at the same time i want hybe to divest from zionists so that its not normalized to have these people have so much influence. but then ig im caring about listening to these artists guilt-free? so in a way thats selfish? but at the same time, i dont want zionists to enroach even further into the industry.

hmm im just having a hard time trying to understand. is wanting them out actually helping anyone? i guess i want someone to either validate or tell me im wrong… thanks.
