Sublease for Spring/Summer ‘24

Looking to sublease 1 bedroom and bathroom in a 4bd 3ba apartment (from 1/1/25 to 8/1/25). Rent is about $740 a month including utilities. Apartment is fully furnished with tvs in each room, and is less than a 15 minute walk from the quad. You would have 3 other female roommates and no pets. There is a $150 subleasing fee that I’d be willing to split with you.

Please message me if interested :)
