Does this space game exist?

Hello, here’s a list of what I’m looking for-

1: Looking for a game where you play as an empire that can conquer planets or befriend aliens.

2: Have the ability to trade for profit.

3: Having the ability to genetically alter your species for various purposes.

4: You can maybe influence an alien species and watch them grow. Make a genetically modified species of your own choosing if you wanted to.

5: You can observe a species that is still in the Stone Age, you can observe them until they reach the space age. From there you can decide to intervene or leave them alone.

6: You can customize your own ship, character, base, weapon, etc.

7: You can manage your empire through 3rd person view of the galaxy but if you wanted you can go into first person view or whatever and land on planets, build bases and explore the planet.

8: On the planet there is beautiful fauna with signs of life that you can interact with and do whatever you want with them like you can use them for farming. You could also mine and destroy the environment.

9: Have the ability to destroy planets, causing various species to go extinct.

10: Have the ability to genocide species you enslave or attack. Where slaves can be useful for construction of your empires infrastructure or army, etc.

11: Having the ability to create life in a planet, basically making it habitable. You could basically make this your base planet you call home.
