Appen: Work not reflected in "my work hours" tab.

I am new to Appen, I've got a transcription job. In this one they are supposed to pay by work units (not work hours). The thing is, I have completed 3 units so far (took me for about 4 hours each). I submitted them properly but I have just realized my worked units are not reflected in my "my work hours" tab. Does anyone know if this is normal? Does it happen often? I have sent a ticket to get an answer but not getting any reply. Also, in "project target units" (in "my work hours" tab) it says 0 for all weeks (attached image) however I can access to the jobs. What does this mean? At some point, will my work be reflected or have I just wasted my time?
