Anyone else encountered this weird Wall Dweller glitch?

So I was playing Pressure in multiplayer and my buddy died and he was spectating me, and I noticed that a Wall Dweller just came out of the wall. But something was off. The Wall Dweller walked weirdly, it didn’t have an animation and just walked by teleporting 2 feet towards me. It couldn’t even kill me, and whenever I backed away it just stopped moving before going back to acting weird. Luckily an Angler spawned and killed the thing. Me and the dude joked that the Wall Dweller gained sentience and I even suggested that the devs were probably messing around and were puppeteering the Wall Dweller. But he did suggest that the kill script probably broke which caused it to act weird, which is a more possible reason.
