Only able to run 3 fps

Just downloaded the game today to play with some friends and no matter the settings only getting 3fps in menu and in game. I have a 13th gen i7-13700KF 32gb ram Amd Radeon RX 6950XT I have no clue why it’s this bad when I’m able to run most games in max settings with at least 120fps All drivers are up to date as well
