77 county strategy

When you look at the list https://www.okdemocrats.org/county-parties We seem to be absent in a lot of counties. We need a way to fund a 77 county strategy. We may be shut out by the local media in these areas, but we can still target the IP numbers of say Pioneer Coop in Alfalfa county for example. A county we do not have a presence in. We can buy targeted ads on Tik Tok or Facebook for IP numbers in areas of Oklahoma. Send our message straight to they computers and cell phone.
