Any vascular drs please?

35f 5’2 52kg 2 full term pregnancies last in 2020.

I have pelvic congestion syndrome.

Large left ovarian refluxing vein.

No May Thurner syndrome seen on IVUS venogram

Some compression at left renal vein (compression greater than 5 when upright seen on duplex ultrasound ) flow reduces to normal when laying flat. IVUS venogram was done without a tilt table unfortunately so mild compression seen.

Severe lower back and left flank pain.

I have a lot of visible (non varicose veins) in my right groin going down to the top of my right thigh. It’s like a map!

Right shin is quite vascular.

Left leg gets very heavy and achy with visible spider veins around left calf and behind left knee.

On and off blood in urine which doesn’t grow anything in the lab.

What could my next steps be here. If I have LOV embolised I’m worried I would get worse due to renal vein compression.

As no May Thurner seen, could leg gain ablation be an option?

Bilateral leg Doppler was unremarkable

Thanks
