Kha'ak Investigation Progress?

I must have missed the beginning of whatever this is, but I'm getting regular updates on "Kha'ak Investigation Progress in Nopileos' Fortune II: %2" etc, it is now 15%. I claimed Nopileos' Fortune II a while back, and have been killing the Kha'ak there left and right, twice I destroy their installation there. I checked the log but this message doesn't show in any of the tabs, only appears on the bottom left display panel. What is going on?
