Do I need special contact frame for my 14th LGA 170 CPU?

Hey,

I', now building my new setup and I choose to have i7-14700K on ROG STRIX B760-I Gaming WiFi mobo. I read that this CPU has a lot of problems and this contact frame (like Thermal Grizzly ones) helps to keep them in shape without any extra issues (banana angles or extreme heat).

Is that true? Anyone tried it before?
