Fabric Azure DevOps Integration

I think it makes sense to go with Option #1, a full Azure DevOps integration across 3 workspaces (Dev, Test, Prod).

But what I don't understand is how data is replicated/referenced across each workspace.

Say I create a new Feature Workspace from Dev Workspace, none of the data gets replicated by default.

Rerunning the same pipelines to populate the Lakehouse is not an option as well since it takes a lot of time and money (api calls).

What's the best option to go with this?
