More deadly explosions in water?

Is there a mod which treats explosions in water more realistically? Since this is a game in which we see flooding and action in water all the time, I would really like a mod which makes explosions stronger in water like in real life.

I asked a similar question a year ago and a lot of people were a bit confused. Since water is uncompressable, unlike air, explosions in water transmit the shockwave across a greater distance and lose force over distance at a very reduced rate.
