No longer feeling loved

So, my wife (F28) and i (M31) have been together for about 10 years. When we had our first child I knew things would change and sex would slow down and it did but not completely gone from the relationship. Then we had our second and sex became almost non existent and when it does happen it feels like she views it as a chore. Now we have gone from not having sex to her not wanting to be any sort of lovey at all. She tells me things like she doesn’t want to be touched, she never initiates anything even as small as a kiss, only wants me to kiss her on the cheek, and when i ask her for a kiss on the lips she makes sure it is just a small peck. She won’t even go as far as to flirt with me. I asked her about these things and told her my frustrations and all she said was i either had to get over it or leave. Am i wrong to feel like i want to leave the relationship due to these things?

TL;DR: wife seems like she is not longer interested in me.
